You must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to marry under applicable laws to register on this platform. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or use another person's account without permission. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: • Provide false or misleading information in your profile • Harass, abuse, or harm other members • Use the platform for commercial solicitation or advertising • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform • Post obscene, offensive, or illegal content • Impersonate any person or entity
5. Profile Content
You retain ownership of the content you post. By uploading photos or profile information, you grant Chaurasia Matrimony a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display this content to other members for the purpose of matchmaking.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis unless cancelled. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Chaurasia Matrimony is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user profiles or the suitability of any match. We are not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chaurasia Matrimony shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
